These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and stays at Charsa Cossy Homes (“the Property”). By making a reservation, the guest agrees to comply with the following terms.
- Booking & Payment
- All reservations must be made through our approved booking platform.
- Full payment is required as per our payment policy to confirm the booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed reservations.
- Check‑In & Check‑Out

- Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and may attract an additional fee.
- House Rules
- This is a non‑smoking property. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (if any).
- No parties, events, or loud music.

- Maximum Occupancy

- Additional guests may result in cancellation without refund.

- Cleanliness & Maintenance
- The Property is professionally cleaned before each stay.
- Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness.
- Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies follow our stated policy for the reservation.
- No refunds will be issued for early check‑outs.
- Liability
- The Property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
- Guests use the Property and its amenities at their own risk.
- Safety & Security
- Guests must ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the Property.
- Tampering with safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Pets

- Compliance with Laws
